Here at HYC, we believe in the power of girl-power. There is no denying that women face a different set of challenges than their male counterparts during the course of their career. Whether your struggle has been making the same amount of money as a male peer, not getting the respect you deserve in the workplace, or trying to maintain work/life balance with a young family--I get it. I struggled with all of those things during my corporate career and after having my daughter decided that I had a clear vision for creating a better situation for myself.

What The Service Includes:

Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I will listen to what your vision is and what kind of business you want to build. Together, we will create a written business plan with defined goals and action items to keep you moving forward.

In order to properly craft your brand story and find your voice, we will put together demographic information, a competitive analysis and customer profiles to help you stay on track when thinking about marketing your business.

I will provide you with all the resources necessary for building your brand. I will work with you to create a strategy to launch a successful business.

What The Service Includes:

We will sit down (or pace around the office during a phone call) to go over what your needs are, where you've been stuck and what your short-term and long-term goals are. Together, we will customize a monthly plan in order to work towards those goals.

Once we have put an action plan in place, you can determine how you want to utilize your time with me. We can use all of the time towards coaching calls or meetings, or we can split the time between calls and meetings and actionable items, like content work or website audits.
